Store Policies

All payments are non-refundable. All orders and sales are final.
All orders must be paid in full prior to ordering, bridal excluded.
Balances, when applicable, are due within 30 days after your order arrives. You will be notified of its arrival by phone or mail. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, a $2.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. All orders not picked up within 90 days will become the property of Occasions Bridal Boutique.
Final payments, when applicable, may be made in cash, money order or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted at the time of pick up.
Shipping is available. Charges are for insured, ground service, signature required to a secure address from Occasions Bridal Boutique only. Orders cannot be drop shipped from any vendor. Bridal is $100/dress, all other orders are $30/address up to 4 dresses. Added dresses will incur an additional fee. Upgraded shipping is available at your request. Upgraded charges will be adjusted accordingly. Occasions Bridal is not responsible for any loss, damages or discrepancies.
Occasions Bridal is unable to return merchandise to our suppliers once it has been removed from the store. Therefore, carefully inspect garments and bring to our attention any discrepancies. Once merchandise has left Occasions Bridal, discrepancies are the customer’s responsibility.
For all orders that are received within 6 weeks of provided wedding date, any and all imperfections or damages from the manufacturer will be handled using the following guidelines:
1. All garments will be made available for inspection and returns are at your discretion. No discounts will be applied.
2. Due to time constraints, ground shipping is unavailable . All shipments must be returned overnight to the manufacturer at your expense.
3. Items being returned to the manufacturer for damages cannot be removed from our store prior to the return.
4. A return authorization must be acquired from the manufacturer by Occasions Bridal prior to any return or repair.
